According to Amnesty International: "After shop owner Sunday Nonso (not his real name) was tortured to death in police custody in August 2008 in Enugu, the officer in charge of the police station was sent on a six-month training course. No investigation has been carried out into the death of Sunday Nonso. The officer in charge returned to his post in 2009." [+]
