According to the Ligue Tchadienne des Droits de l’Homme:"Le 31 mars 2017 à Farcha, dans la Commune du 1er arrondissement de N’Djamena, un conducteur de véhicule de transport en commun a été abattu, sans aucune sommation, par un militaire en faction au « Camp du 27 », créant le « sauve qui peut » des passagers. Le conducteur imprudent avait stationné sur une aire interdite, en attente d’un usager." [+]
